Grave Robbing in the German Uplands

Cadavers: A Source of Controversy

WEB The origin of cadavers used for medical research and education is a controversial and often dark matter. In the past, grave robbing was a common practice to obtain bodies for dissection, often targeting fresh graves of the poor or marginalized.
